Plein Air Rockies, now in its 15th year, attracts some of the country’s top plein air artists, who draw their inspiration from the beauty of Rocky Mountain National Park and the surrounding area. This year’s main event will take place from August 13-27.  We are honored to have Marc Hanson and Carol Jenkins as our Plein Air Rockies 2016 awards judges. More than $10,000 in cash and prizes will be awarded. The event is sponsored by the Cultural Arts Council of Estes Park which supports visual and performing arts throughout the Estes Valley.
