From 160 & 8th St (library and Natural Grocers) go S. to Apache, then E. to S. 5th St. Turn south again and park by the ball field/pickle ball courts. From Hot Spgs. Blvd., go S. to Apache, then W. to S. 5th St. 

Meet @ South end of park and walk from pkg lot. 

Restrooms, picnic shelter, paved parking, views, water, paved walking trail 

Could be some boating activity; vehicles loading water craft, etc.
