September 2025

Sept 2 – Deer Creek Canyon Park, Jefferson County

Red rock formations, meadows.  Meet in parking lot near restrooms.         

Sept 6 - NOCTURNE NIGHT SATURDAY AT 7:00 PM – Bonnie Brae at University and Ohio. 

Historic city street.  Meet at Bonnie Brae Ice Cream.  Sunset at 7:22/ moon rise at 7:01. Call Mary or Tony (303-829-4301) if any questions.

Sept 9 – North Table Mountain Open Space, Golden

Meet at the Golden Cliffs WEST Trailhead.    

Sept 16 – Blackmer Common/Highline Canal, end of S Dahlia St in Cherry Hills Village past the Arapahoe Tennis Club

Canal trail, pond, mountain views.  Limited parking (get there early or wait for others to leave) and no restrooms.        

Sept 23 – Staunton State Park

Mountain meadows, cliffs, aspens, wildflowers.  Meet at Lazy V parking lot near restrooms.  For those that can, bring lunch and picnic at noon.

Sept 30 – Rollin D Barnard Equestrian Park, Greenwood Village 

Woods, creek.
